| Abstract: |
| This standard is formulated for the purpose of implementing Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes and relevant laws and regulations, carrying out the Technical Specifications on the Collection and Recycle of Vehicles, controlling the environmental pollution caused by the disassembly of end-of-life vehicles, protecting the environment, and promoting the recycling of resources. This standard shall be enforced compulsorily by law. This standard shall apply to the pollution control and environmental protection during the disassembly and dismantling of end-of-life vehicles. End-of-life vehicle collectors shall conform to this standard in addition to the conditions provided by relevant laws and regulations for establishing a company. |
