| Abstract: |
| This criterion is formulated for the purpose of enhancing ecological environmental protection, fully playing the role of the environmental authorities in unified monitoring and management, and comprehensively evaluating the eco-environmental conditions and trends. This technical criterion stipulates the indicator system for evaluating the ecological environmental conditions as well as the calculation methods. This criterion is applicable to the annual comprehensive assessment of local (at or above county-level) ecological environmental conditions and the trends. |
