Technical Requirements for Environmental Labeling Products Scanner (HJ 2517-2012) The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, reducing the impacts of scanner on environment and human health during the production and utilization process, protecting environment quality and ensuring public health. 
The current standard specifies the terminology and definition, basic requirements, technical contents and testing methods for environmental labeling product scanners. 
The current standard is applicable to various kinds of scanners. 
The current standard is not applicable to other equipment with attached scanning functions. 
The current standard is issued for the first time in China.
Technical Requirements for Environmental Labeling ProductsCement (HJ 2519-2012) The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, reducing emission of greenhouse gas and the adverse impacts of cement on the environment and human health during the production, utilization, packaging, transportation and disposal processes. 
The current standard specifies the terminology and definition, basic requirements, technical contents and testing methods for environmental labeling product cement. 
The current standard is applicable to general Portland cement using new dry production process. 
The current standard is issued for the first time in China.

The current standard specifies the terminology and definition, basic requirements, technical contents and testing methods for environmental labeling product projector.  
The current standard is applicable to various kinds of projector. 
The current standard is issued for the first time in China.
Technical Requirements for Environmental Labeling Products──Lighting Source (HJ 2518-2012) The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, improving energy efficiency and reducing the impacts of lighting products on the environment and human health in the process of production, utilization, recycling and reuse process. 
The current standard specifies the terminology and definition, basic requirements, technical contents and testing methods for environmental labeling product Lighting Source. 
The current standard is applicable to single capped fluorescent lamps, double-capped fluorescent lamps, self-balanced fluorescent lamps, high voltage sodium lamp, metal halide lamp 
and self-balanced LED lamp for general lighting purpose. 
The current standard shall replace HJ/T 230-2006 as of the date of implementation. 
Technical Requirements for Environmental Labeling Products Heavy Duty Truck (HJ 2520-2012) The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, reducing the impacts of heavy duty truck on the environment and human health during the production, utilization and rejection process and improving environmental quality. 
The current standard specifies basic requirements, technical contents and testing methods for environmental labeling product heavy duty truck.  
The current standard is applicable to heavy duty truck. 
The current standard is issued for the first time in China.
Emission Standard of Pollutants for Iron Mining and Mineral Processing Industry  (GB 28661-2012) The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing the laws and regulations such as Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, Decisions of the State Council on Implementation of the Outlook on Scientific Development and Strengthening Environmental Protection as well as the Suggestions of the State Council on Developing National Plan for Main Function Areas, protecting the environment, preventing and controlling pollution and facilitating the progress of production and pollution control technologies of iron mining and mineral processing industry. 
The current standard specifies relevant requirements such as emission limit, monitoring and control requirements for air and water pollutants from iron mining and mineral processing enterprises or production facilities, as well as the implementation of standard and its supervision. 
The current standard is applicable to the management of discharge of water and air pollutants of existing iron mining and mineral processing enterprises or production facilities and environmental impact assessment, design of environmental protection facilities, post-construction environmental check and acceptance of construction projects of iron mining and mineral processing industry as well as the management and control of discharge of water and air pollutants of such projects after putting into operation. 
The current standard is issued for the first time in China. 
Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Iron & Steel Sintering and Palletizing Industry  (GB 28662-2012) The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing the laws and regulations such as Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, Decisions of the State Council on Implementation of the Outlook on Scientific Development and Strengthening Environmental Protection as well as the Suggestions of the State Council on Developing National Plan for Main Function Areas, protecting the environment, preventing and controlling pollution and facilitating the progress of production and pollution control technologies of iron & steel sintering and palletizing industry. 
The current standard specifies relevant requirements such as emission limit, monitoring and control requirements for air pollutants from iron & steel sintering and palletizing enterprises or production facilities, as well as the implementation of standard and its supervision. 
The current standard is applicable to the management of emissions of air pollutants of existing iron & steel sintering and palletizing enterprises or production facilities as well as environmental impact assessment, design of environmental protection facilities, post-construction environmental check and acceptance of construction projects of iron & steel sintering and palletizing industry as well as control of air pollutants of these projects after putting into operation.

Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Steel Smelt Industry (GB 286642012) The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing the laws and regulations such as Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, Law of the People's Republic of China on Protection of Marine Environment, Decisions of the State Council on Implementation of the Outlook on Scientific Development and Strengthening Environmental Protection as well as the Suggestions of the State Council on Developing National Plan for Main Function Areas, protecting the environment, preventing and controlling pollution and facilitating the progress of facilitating the progress of production and pollution control technologies of steel industry. 
The current standard specifies relevant requirements such as emission limit, monitoring and control requirements for air pollutants from steel smelting enterprises or production facilities, as well as the implementation of standard and its supervision. 
The current standard is applicable to the management of emissions of air pollutants of existing steel manufacturing enterprises or production facilities as well as environmental impact assessment, design of environmental protection facilities, post-construction environmental check and acceptance of construction projects of steel industry as well as control of air pollutants of these projects after putting into operation. 
The current standard is issued for the first time in China. 
Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Steel Rolling Industry (GB 286652012) The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing the laws and regulations such as Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, Law of the People's Republic of China on Protection of Marine Environment,  Decisions of the State Council on Implementation of the Outlook on Scientific Development and Strengthening Environmental Protection as well as the Suggestions of the State Council on Developing National Plan for Main Function Areas, protecting the environment, preventing and controlling pollution and facilitating the progress of production and pollution control technologies of steel rolling industry. 
The current standard specifies relevant requirements such as emission limit, monitoring and control requirements for air pollutants from steel rolling enterprises or production facilities, as well as the implementation of standard and its supervision. 
The current standard is applicable to the management of emissions of air pollutants of existing steel rolling enterprises or production facilities, as well as environmental impact assessment, design of environmental protection facilities, post-construction environmental check and acceptance of construction projects of steel rolling industry as well as control of air pollutants of these projects after putting into operation. 
The current standard is issued for the first time in China. 
Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Iron and Steel Industry (GB 134562012 replacing GB 13456-1992) The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing the laws and regulations such as Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Water  Pollution, Law of the People's Republic of China on Protection of Marine Environment,  Decisions of the State Council on Implementation of the Outlook on Scientific Development and Strengthening Environmental Protection as well as the Suggestions of the State Council on Developing National Plan for Main Function Areas, protecting the environment, preventing and controlling pollution and facilitating the progress of production and pollution control technologies of iron and steel industry. 
The current standard specifies relevant requirements such as emission limit, monitoring and control requirements for air pollutants from iron & steel enterprises or production facilities, as well as the implementation of standard and its supervision. 
The current standard is applicable to the management and control of water pollutant discharge from existing iron & steel enterprises or production facilities. 
Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Iron and Steel Industry (GB13456-1992) shall be nullified beginning from the date when the current standard goes into effect. 
Emission Standard of Pollutants  for Ferroalloy Smelt Industry (GB 28666-2012) The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing the laws and regulations such as Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, Decisions of the State Council on Implementation of the Outlook on Scientific Development and Strengthening Environmental Protection as well as the Suggestions of the State Council on Developing National Plan for Main Function Areas, protecting the environment, preventing and controlling pollution and facilitating the progress of production and pollution control technologies of iron alloy industry. 
The current standard specifies relevant requirements such as emission limit, monitoring and control requirements for air pollutants from iron alloy enterprises or production facilities, as well as the implementation of standard and its supervision. 
The current standard is applicable to the management of discharge of water and air pollutants of existing iron alloy   enterprises or production facilities employing electric furnace  as well as environmental impact assessment, design of environmental protection facilities, post-construction environmental check and acceptance of construction projects of ferroalloy smelt industry employing electric furnace as well as control of air and water pollutants of these project after putting into operation. 
The current standard is issued for the first time in China. 
Emission Standard of Air  Pollutants for Coke Chemical Industry (GB 16171-2012 replacing  GB16171-1996) The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing the laws and regulations such as Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Water  Pollution, Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, Law of the People's Republic of China on Protection of Marine Environment,  Decisions of the State Council on Implementation of the Outlook on Scientific Development and Strengthening Environmental Protection as well as the Suggestions of the State Council on Developing National Plan for Main Function Areas, protecting the environment, preventing and controlling pollution and facilitating the progress of production and pollution control technologies of coking chemical industry. 
The current standard specifies relevant requirements such as emission limit, monitoring and control requirements for water and air pollutants from coke chemical enterprises as well as the implementation of standard and its supervision. 
The current standard is applicable to the management of discharge of water and air pollutants from the processes such as  coal preparation, coking, coal gas purification, recycling of chemical products and heat of existing and new coking facilities, as well as environmental impact assessment, design of environmental protection facilities, post-construction environmental check and acceptance of construction projects of coke chemical industry as well as control of water and air pollutants of these projects after putting into operation.  
The control of the discharge of water and air pollutants from coke chemical enterprises shall comply with the requirements of the current standard and shall no longer comply with relevant requirements of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Iron and Steel Industry (GB13456-92) and Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Coke Oven (GB16171-1996) beginning from the date of implementation of the current standard.  Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Coke Oven (GB16171-1996) shall be nullified at the same time. 
The following standards shall be nullified beginning from the date when the above standards go into effect:
Technical Requirement for Environmental Labeling Products Energy Saving Lamps (HJ/T 230-2006)
Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Iron and Steel Industry (GB13456-1992)
Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Coke Oven (GB16171-1996)
