| Regulations on Graded Examination and Approval of Environmental Impact Assessment Documents of Construction Projects (No.5 Order of Ministry of Environmental Protection of P.R.C) | The current Regulations is formulated according to Environmental Impact Assessment Law and other provisions and for the purpose of further improving and regulating the examination and approval of environmental impact assessment documents of construction projects, raising the examination and approval efficiency, and clarifying the examination and approval power and responsibility. |
| The examination and approval power of environmental impact assessment documents for the construction of projects that have impacts on the environment, regardless of their sponsors, sources of funds, nature of the projects and investment scale, shall be graded and determined according to the current Regulations. |
| Environmental protection departments at all levels shall be responsible for the examination and approval of environmental impact assessment documents of construction projects. |
| The examination and approval power of environmental impact assessment documents of construction projects shall be graded and determined, in principle, by the scope of the powers in examination and approval, verification and recording of construction projects as well as the nature and magnificence of their impact on the environment. |
| The current Regulations shall go to effect as of March 1, 2009. The Regulations on Graded Examination and Approval of Environmental Impact Assessment Documents of Construction Projects (No.15 Order of State Environmental Protection Administration), which was promulgated by the former State Environmental Protection Administration on November 1, 2002, shall be abolished. |

| Technical Requirement for Environmental Protection Product-Aftertreatment Devices for Diesel Vehicle Exhaust (HJ 451-2008) | This technical requirement is formulated for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People¡¯s Republic of China and Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, controlling the emissions of vehicle exhaust and improving the ambient air quality. |
| This technical requirement is formulated by referring to the structure of Requirements and Measurement Methods of Catalytic Converters for Petrol Vehicles (GB/T 18377) and technical elements of Technical Guidelines of Beijing City on Treatment of Particulate Matters Emitted by Diesel Vehicle. |
| This technical requirement provides the technical requirements and measurement methods for aftertreatment devices of diesel vehicle exhaust. |
| This technical requirement shall apply to aftertreatment devices for exhaust emitted by engines of diesel vehicle, including diesel oxidation converter (DOC), diesel particulate filter (DPF) and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) equipment. The equipment that is assembled from the basic units mentioned above shall comply with this technical requirement. |

| Clean Production Standard-Wine Industry (HJ 452 -2008) | The current standard is formulated for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People¡¯s Republic of China and Law of the People¡¯s Republic of China on Promotion of Cleaner Production, protecting the environment, and providing technical supports and guidelines for the wine industry to conduct cleaner production. |
| This standard provides the general requirements for wine producers to have cleaner production on the basis of meeting the national and local emission standards and in line with the existing technological, equipment and managerial levels of this industry. |
| This standard includes three levels, the first level represents the international advanced level of clean production, the second represents domestic advanced level of clean production, and the third represents domestic basic level of clean production. This standard shall be amended every three or five years in line with technological development. |
| This standard provides the general requirements for clean production of the wine industry. This standard classifies the indicators for clean production into five kinds, that is, requirements for production techniques and equipment, indicator for the use of resources and energy, pollutant indicator (prior to the end-of-pipe treatment), indicator for waste recycling, and environmental management requirements. |
| This standard shall apply to the assessment of clean production of the wine and base wine producers, the estimation of the potential and chance of clean production, the performance assessment of clean production and the performance disclosure system for clean production, as well as environmental management systems like environmental impact assessment and pollutant discharge permit. |
